Estudio sobre los marcadores españoles en efecto y efectivamente desde una perspectiva enunciativa

The aim of this paper is to demonstrate that the conceptual tools of the metaoperational grammar (Henri Adamczewski) permit explain (not simply describe!) the functioning of the Spanish operators en efecto and efectivamente. These operators are the markers of an operation of sentence-building that targets the predicative link. Our assumption is that the speaker when using en efecto presents himself as a guarantor of the predicative link that has just been presented as an object of discourse. With efectivamente however the speaker presents himself as a guarantor authorized to close the discussion on this link.
