We present an initiative promoted and conducted by the University of Padova (Italy), specifically by the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Education and Applied Psychology (FIS PPA), within two courses: “Human Resource Assessment and Development” (within a Masters program in Management of Scholastic and Educational Services) and “Training and Teaching Methodology” (a three-year Bachelors in Education and Training Science). The first experience took place in the academic year 2013-2014 from March to May 2014; the second one from October to December 2014.
