The major aim of this practice is: to support students in identifying their competences acquired in a formal context (university), to connect them with knowledge and skills gained in informal and non-formal contexts (professional experiences, volunteer experiences, personal daily life); to support reflection on their strengths and weaknesses, on their interests and professional aims in order to allow them to improvetheir abilities to plan the future, and to present themselves for future possible job interviews.
