On the radiant distribution of sporadic meteors

Si descrive una ricerca avente lo scopo di ricavare informazioni sulla fisica ed astronomia delle meteore dalla distribuzione delle distanze di echi radar delle tracce delle meteore osservate sperimentalmente in determinate condizioni. Sono riportati i risultati del confronto fra i nostri dati sperimentali e quelli teorici. A research is described to the purpose of deriving information on the physics and astronomy of meteors from the range distribution of radar echoes from meteor trails experimentally observed under given conditions. A comparison is presented between theoretical and experimenta range distributions. The conclusion is reached that the range distribution can be a powerful means for deriving information on the physics and astronomy of the sporadic meteors.
