This study aims to reconstrud the structural and functional characteristic of water ad food, like things object of right indispensable for satisfying essential needs of person , in the framework of the scarcity of resources: water and food results immediately after air in a hieracy of vital values. But these essential things are examinated too from the point of wiew of the legal rilevance of symbolical and aspects involved.
