This chapter presents a case study aimed at describing the application of the Intrapreneurial Self-Capital Training with a female educational sciences university student who is concluding her degree path. After delineating the current post-modern framework of the 21st century, the innovative Intrapreneurial Self-Capital construct is presented along with the relative specific training to enhance it. Then the case study is described. Two qualitative instruments, the Future Career Autobiography (FCA) and the Life Adaptability Qualitative Assessment (LAQuA) were administered before and after the intervention, to detect the participant’s changes about enhanced reflexivity on her future and career adaptability. The results of the analysis using the FCA and the LAQuA coding system describes the improvement of the participant’s awareness about her future and about her personal intrapreneurial resources. The importance of the Intrapreneurial Self-Capital Training in helping young people to identify their personal strengths, more clearly defining their objectives and the necessary steps for the next chapters of the professional and personal life of healthy workers in healthy organizations is stressed in the chapter.

Abstract
