The idea of citizenship directly concerns education, pedagogy and philosophy of education: the citizenship nowadays has expanded its identity and it’s not only related to local space but it concerns also – in an increasing incisive way – the national dimension and it concerns, especially, the planetary dimension. The subjects are inhabit virtual spaces, the responsibility of their actions is global in scope and they have the duty of actively participate to the “global” public life.
