Firenze: città metropolitana?

Lo sviluppo della città aggregando e ricomponendo macroaree contermini sulla base un nuovo modello economico e socio-abitativo e una tematica tutto ancora compiutamente da definire, soprattutto negli obiettivi strategici che riguardano il programma di governo e il nuovo rapporto con il territorio. In tale quadro la genesi e la crisi dell’istituzione Citta Metropolitana e un chiaro esempio di difficoltà strutturale e L’analisi della vicenda fiorentina serve anche per approfondire piu in generale il tema dello sviluppo territoriale e delle unioni funzionali degli aggregati urbani, che necessitano di precisi programmi di governo delle nuove comunità che si creano. Un contributo di analisi e di proposte nell’ambito di una fase costituente per nulla chiara e definita, anzi meritevole di profonde modifiche e miglioramenti, soprattutto nelle attese, da troppo tempo inevase, legate ai bisogni fondamentali della comunità come servizi, opportunità economiche e di lavoro, ma anche di crescita culturale, tutela ambientale, giustizia sociale ed integrazione. The development of the city by aggregating and recomposing macro-areas neighbouring on the basis a new economic and socio-residential model is a thematic all yet fully to be defined, especially in the strategic objectives that concern the government program and the new relationship with the territory. In this context, the genesis and the crisis of the Metropolitan City institution is a clear example of structural difficulties and the analysis of the florentine affair also serves to deepen more generally the theme of territorial development and of the functional unions of urban aggregates, which requiring precise government programs of the new communities that are created. A contribution of analysis and proposals within a constituent phase for nothing clear and definite, indeed deserving of profound modifications and improvements, especially in the expectations, too long overdue, linked to the basic needs of the community as services, economic and employment opportunities, but also cultural growth, environmental protection, social justice and integration.
