The most general form of global thermodynamic equilibrium for a relativistic system permits the presence of rotation and acceleration in the fluid velocity. The interplay with acceleration and rotation with the quantum interactions give rise to novel phenomena in macroscopic quantities. We use the statistical operator approach of quantum field theory statistical mechanics to study the thermodynamics of a vorticous fluid in the presence of external electromagnetic fields and in the presence of local parity violation. We provide constitutive equations for stress-energy tensor and electric and axial current. These quantities are relevant for the physics of quark-gluon plasma.
