Paolo Zermani. Architecture for the Italian Landscape.

In presence of the tragic violation of today's landscape and the fractures dictated within the changes of scale on the backdrop of a fleeting contemporary moment and of the unstable horizons that reveal themselves to today's architects, Paolo Zermani - with the same disappointment of the man portrayed by Friedrich - silently evokes the order of things, though partial, in the awareness of a narrow and meagre perspective that is naturally different from Rilke's calm an sweeping view.
