Abstract
Starting from Italian version of some writings by Maksim Grek the essay aims to reconstruct his relations with Savonarola and the Dominican Order, particularly with the convent of S. Marco. There the young humanist, who later became monk on the mountain Athos, received his education as Dominican novice. Even during his mission in Russia (from 1518), where he suffered a long detention and a forced stay until his death, the memory of Savonarola and his work as a reformer remained alive helping to shape his activity as writer and polemist.I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
