Chapter IX of the volume represents the first one of the two regional analisys of our Research Unit of the Prin 2015 "Territorial Impact Assessment of Territorial Cohesion in Italy" (Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna). The implementation of the STeMA model to Tuscany presented in this chapter follows the main steps of the modelling rationale and settings developed by Maria Prezioso in 2018. The first part offers a representation and description of the ex ante configuration for three policy determinants (Inclusive, Smart, and Sustainable Growth) into which the policy choices of the given STeMA initial setting are grouped. Subsequently, the 2014-2020 European Regional Development Fund Regional Operational Programmes (ERDF ROP) is analysed, in order to: (1) highlight the logical structure, its axis of intervention, and the investment priorities; (2) extract the corresponding policy choices to characterize the model for the ex post simulation. In the final part we present and discuss loco-regional differentials resulting from the comparative analysis of the "ex ante" and "ex post" configurations, with and without the built-in module conveying territorialised dynamics within the STeMA modelling procedure.
