International Overview on Dental Damage Compensation

After a brief international overview on the legislative and juridical frameworks of pecuniary and nonpecuniary losses related to dental injury, this chapter illustrates the methods of ascertainment and criteria of evaluation to be used for assessing these specific kinds of losses.
