Oltre la formazione. Università e professioni educative

L’articolo cerca di approfondire il tema della costruzione dell’offerta formativa universitaria di area educativa al fine di riflettere sulle competenze raggiunte dai laureati in uscita dalle Classi di Laurea Magistrali che individuano la figura professionale del pedagogista. Facciamo riferimento alla Laurea Magistrale LM 50 come Programmazione e Gestione dei Servizi Educativi, alla LM 57 come Scienze dell’Educazione degli Adulti e della Formazione continua e alla LM 85 come Scienze Pedagogiche, tali classi di Laurea Magistrale attengono alle aree pedagogico-educative e pedagogico-formative. Siamo interessati a comprendere se e come i percorsi formativi offerti agli studenti di tali Corsi di Studio (CdS) effettivamente inquadrino e intercettino le figure professionali non teaching che dovrebbero essere formate. La domanda della ricerca del saggio proposto è organizzata in tali termini: di fronte a scenari in cambiamento ed accelerazione costante, quali percorsi formativi possiamo offrire ai nostri giovani laureati al fine del miglior inserimento professionale nel mercato del lavoro? The article seeks to deepen the theme of the construction of the university training offer in the educational area in order to reflect on the skills achieved by graduates out of the Master's Degree Classes who identify the professional figure of the pedagogist. We refer to the LM 50 as "Planning and Management of Educational Services", to LM 57 as "Sciences of Adult Education and Continuing Education" and to LM 85 as "Pedagogical Sciences", these Master's Degree classes pertain to the pedagogical-educational and pedagogical-training areas. We are interested in understanding if and how the training courses offered to students of these Degree Programs (CdS) effectively supervise and intercept the non-teaching professional figures that should be trained. The research question of the proposed essay is organized in these terms: in the face of constantly changing and accelerating scenarios, what training courses can we offer to our young graduates in order to better enter the job market?
