This document collects judicial and hypothetical cases on important matters concerning the main issues related to the European Regulations Nos 650/2012 and 1103 and 1104/2016. The collection was carried out through the collaboration of all the partners of the project, who took care to select the most intere- sting cases in their national context. In addition to cases dealt with by national courts, cases have also been selected from the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights. Cases are periodically disseminated through social media chan- nels in order to make it known and accessible to European citizens and professionals.

Abstract
