Il saggio intende analizzare l'impatto del recente regolamento 2019/1150/UE in materia di equità e trasparenza per gli utenti commerciali dei servizi di intermediazione online. In particolare, l'attenzione viene concentrata sulla ricostruzione delle caratteristiche del rapporto contrattuale che si instaura tra il fornitore del servizio di intermediazione online e l'utente professionista evidenziando una nuova forma di asimmetria contrattuale. Centrale in questa analisi è dunque l'indagine sulla regola di trasparenza nel contesto digitale. Il saggio si segnala pertanto per l'attualità del tema trattato e per l'essere uno dei primi contributi a interpretare la nuova normativa europea. The essay is part of a collective volume, that is the result of the activities of the Juridical Observatory of Digital Innovation, and it is published at with an important scientific editor. The essay aims at analyzing the impact of the new Regulation 2019/1150/EU in matter of equity and transparency for business users of online intermediation services. In particular, the attention is focused on the characteristics of the contractual relationship between the internet service provider and the business users, highlighting a new form of contractual asymmetry. The crucial aspect of the study is represented by the transparency rule within the digital context. Therefore the relevance of the essay emerges considering the up-to-dateness of this issue and the fact that is one of the first paper to provide an interpretation of the new European rules.
