The project addresses the issues of calculating environmental impacts at the design stage. In particular, the application of Life Cycle Assessment methodology was tested in the context of self-production as an opportunity to increase green skills of non-expert designers and offer accessibility to a simplified LCA tool. The result of the research was made possible by the collaboration with the Idemat database database of the TU Delft (Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering) through which it was possible to design a web platform aimed at disseminating the Life Cycle Thinking approach and to create a circular network for the valorisation of territories. The project thus aims to respond to Goal 12 of Agenda 2030 "Responsible Consumption and Production”, and then to achieve sustainable empowerment through the empowerment of knowledge and evaluation.
