The essay centers on an interview with Zheng Ningyuan (zhengningyuan.com), one of the main cultural agitators of that Sino-Italian mobile cultural space that we have tried to describe. Zheng Ningyuan is a Chinese artist and film maker, born in Fuzhou in 1989 and living in Bologna where he arrived years ago with the idea of studying art. In 2017 he founded the artistic collective WUXU (wuxu.info). Very active on a social and cultural level, he has carried out several artistic residences and follows projects of various types both in Italy and China, creating and traversing connections.
