Apprendimento incorporato nei luoghi di lavoro: traiettorie di sviluppo professionale nell’alta formazione

Il volume intende ripercorrere i principali filoni italiani di ricerca didattica, mettendo in luce non solo l’origine e l’evoluzione di tali studi, ma anche i filoni attualmente più rilevanti e le sfide per il futuro. Il Capitolo affronta il problema dell’“integrazione sinergica tra attività formativa formale e azione educativa intenzionale incorporata nel lavoro dei docenti e nell’organizzazione accademica e generata dalla partecipazione consapevole e responsabile alle attività lavorative connesse al sistema complessivo della didattica”. The volume intends to retrace the main Italian lines of educational research, highlighting not only the origin and evolution of these studies, but also the currently most relevant strands and the challenges for the future.
