Hybrid, cosmopolitan, inventive. Nature of urban wildness

The article intends to reassess a number of models of international nature conservation policies, to present a brief round-up about the concept of ‘urban wildernesses’ and to explore some directions that landscape architecture are currently taking. As a contribution to the definition of new critical and operational tools for landscape architecture, the definition of inventive management is proposed.
