This chapter presents the human capital sustainability leadership construct and the human capital sustainability leadership scale to operationalize it. Furthermore, it aims to delineate the importance of the human capital sustainable leadership for healthy workers, healthy business and healthy organizations in the framework of the psychology of the sustainability and sustainable development. The value of the human capital sustainability leadership is introduced also in a cross-cultural perspective. Empirical studies are presented supporting the value of the human capital sustainability leadership for healthy organizations, also suggesting future perspectives for research and intervention including preventive approaches. The human capital sustainability leadership is thus a promising resource for healthy organizations in a cross-cultural perspective and for sustainable development in organizations.
