Design per l'inclusione sociale: un tool di analisi per i servizi basati sulla condivisione

European population is ageing and the health needs and inclusion are urgent. This is leading to profound social changes globally and every generation is involved. Health services and different forms of care are stressed out by these conditions. At the same time, contexts and services based on ‘sharing’ systems have the potential to support the promotion of health in favour of the reduction of health care during ageing. From a design-for-inclusion perspective, it is possible to explore these issues through the social inclusion and exclusion field of knowledge and the social innovation paradigm. The chapter presents a doctoral thesis result on these topics related to the development of the Sharinc Toolkit. This design research instrument allows the analysis and the design of service systems according to an approach that considers the exclusion and inclusion points of view in service design.
