Arrigoni Architetti. Nel Palazzo del Podestà, Massa Marittima (GR)

The restoration project follows the willingness of the municipal administration of Massa Marittima (Grosseto) to allocate the ancient palazzo del Podestà as an exhibition center by recovering some spaces that are now forbidden and at the same time ensuring full and wide accessibility of the complex. To this end, the study envisages on the one hand the redesigning of the entire top floor - dedicated to museum of the history of the city and its territory - and on the other hand the construction of an independent elevator-system capable of connecting the different levels that articulate the building.
