The text describes the principles and application criteria of the "Method for evaluating the ergonomic quality of everyday products" developed by the authors within the Ergonomics Laboratory of the Polytechnic of Milan in the years 2000-2002. The contents and application criteria are based on the relationship between the principles and methods of evaluating usability and User-Centred Design and the principles of the ICF classification, International Classification of Functioning, disability and health.
