Qualche consiglio per una buona scrittura giuridica

A questo vogliono servire queste paginette: fornire poche e semplici regole di base che costituiscano uno stimolo per il giurista a reinventare il proprio modo di scrivere (e di pensare), senza però farle diventare dei pericolosissimi stereotipi. Sempre tenendo presente che la scrittura è un’essenziale forma di manifestazione della personalità, originale e creativa, anche per il giurista. Regole troppo rigide e stereotipate mal si prestano a contenerla. Ovvero: le regole vecchie o nuove che siano devono diventare un habitus mentale del giurista, sennò si va poco lontano. This is what these little pages want to do: provide a few simple basic rules that constitute a stimulus for the jurist to reinvent his own way of writing (and of thinking), without however making them become very dangerous stereotypes. Always bearing in mind that writing is an essential form of manifestation of personality, original and creative, even for the jurist. Rules that are too rigid and stereotyped do not lend themselves to containing it. That is: the old or new rules that they are must become a mental habitus of the jurist, otherwise we go little far.
