Climate change and biological invasions represent two of the most significant threats to biodiversity, particularly for ectothermic organisms inhabiting aquatic environments. These anthropogenic stressors are having significant consequences on biodiversity, affecting the distribution, habitability, and population dynamics of numerous species and communities. In this thesis, I adopt a multidisciplinary approach to assess the impacts of these stressors on amphibians and crabs, key bioindicators of ecosystem health.

Abstract
Climate change and biological invasions represent two of the most significant threats to biodiversity, particularly for ectothermic organisms inhabiting aquatic environments. These anthropogenic stressors are having significant consequences on biodiversity, affecting the distribution, habitability, and population dynamics of numerous species and communities. In this thesis, I adopt a multidisciplinary approach to assess the impacts of these stressors on amphibians and crabs, key bioindicators of ecosystem health.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
