Social constitutionalism as a figure of the early 20th Century? From Queretaro to Fiume (Rijeka) passing through Weimar

Il saggio intende mostrare come la categoria del costituzionalismo sociale rappresenti un tratto tipizzante delle costituzioni del primo dopoguerra attraverso l'analisi di 3 casi di studio: la costituzione messicana del 1917, la Carta del Carnaro e la Costituzione di Weimar. The essay aims to show how the category of social constitutionalism represents a typical feature of the constitutions of the post-WWI period through the analysis of three case studies: the Mexican Constitution, the Carta del Carnaro and the Weimar Constitution.
