The Future of Research Through Co-Design

A revolutionary shift in how research is understood and conducted is potentially embodied in the Research Through Co-Design (RTC) framework. This book serves as a map for exploring how RTC can be interpreted across various contexts, experiences, and cases. This chapter aims to engage in discussions around three key aspects of the book: (i) the role of co-design within RTC, (ii) the diverse interpretations of the RTC concept that have emerged throughout the book, and (iii) a reflection on potential answers to the questions that underpin the RTC framework. Finally, the chapter will touch upon the evolution of RTC, offering insights into the potential future directions of the framework, which, along with the preceding discussions, will provide an indirect overview of the possibilities for RTC's continued development.
