Il feedback: qualità distintive e riflessioni sulla sua efficacia

Il contributo intende presentare il feedback come strumento educativo e didattico che caratterizza profondamente le dinamiche relazionali che intercorrono tra i membri - insegnanti e allievi - di un gruppo classe. Si riferiscono, inoltre, le qualità distintive di un feedback efficace, frutto di una sintesi della ricerca scientifica. This paper aims to present feedback as an educational and teaching tool that profoundly shapes the relational dynamics between classroom members—teachers and students. It also discusses the distinctive qualities of effective feedback, based on a synthesis of scientific research.
