L'introduzione mira a mettere in evidenza gli elementi di novità che caratterizzano la Nature restoration Law, distinguendola dalle precedenti misure internazionali e dell'Unione europea in materia di protezione della natura. Spiega inoltre perché si è ritenuto necessario un confronto tra la legge e la ricerca scientifica sulle misure di ripristino adottate dal regolamento. The introduction aims to highlight the new elements that characterise the Nature Restoration Law, setting it apart from previous International and European Union measures on nature protection. It also explains why a comparison between the law and scientific research on the restoration measures adopted by the Regulation was deemed necessary.
