L'efficacia transfrontaliera degli accordi di composizione della lite nel contenzioso in materia di principi ESG

This contribution aims to examine the main critical issues that may arise when it is necessary to enforce dispute resolution agreements in a country other than the one in which they were concluded, with particular reference to litigation concerning corporate social responsibility (ESG Principles). To this end, the main sources on the subject are examined (Mediation EU Directive, EU Regulation 1215/2012, the Singapore Convention).
