This paper illustrates the organizational framework of the Specialization Course for Support Teachers across Italian universities, with a focus on the continuous improvement processes implemented following its initial establishment. The objective of the research is twofold: a) to provide empirical evidence and methodological guidelines for optimizing the curriculum at the University of Florence through stakeholder-driven improvements; b) to validate a quality-oriented continuous improvement model that can be applied to other academic contexts. Over the past six years, the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, a cornerstone of Quality Management Systems, has been implemented. This article focuses on the "Check" phase and on how it was initiated at the University of Florence (Italy), exemplifying some of the findings collected upon the conclusion of the 9th cycle (June 2025).

Abstract
This article focuses on the "Check" phase and on how it was initiated at the University of Florence (Italy), exemplifying some of the findings collected upon the conclusion of the 9th cycle (June 2025).I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
