This paper presents the CARE4CARE Web Platform; a multilingual digital tool developed to improve care workers’ access to labour rights and social protections across Europe. Care work remains essential yet structurally undervalued; often marked by precarious employment; weak protections; and intersecting inequalities linked to gender; migration status; and language barriers. A key factor reinforcing this vulnerability is the information gap: relevant legal and institutional resources are frequently fragmented; overly technical; or linguistically inaccessible. The CARE4CARE platform addresses this gap by translating comparative research and complex regulatory frameworks into clear; practice-oriented guidance organised around users’ real needs. Available in 13 languages and designed for anonymous access; the platform combines usability; accessibility; and secure technical architecture. The paper highlights its research-based content structure; user-centred design validated through testing; and governance model aimed at ensuring long-term sustainability.

Abstract
The paper highlights its research-based content structure; user-centred design validated through testing; and governance model aimed at ensuring long-term sustainability.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
