The paper proposes a methodology, based on the principal strata approach to causal inference, for assessing the relative effectiveness of two degree programmes with respect to the employment status of their graduates. The analysis relies on a parametric model fitted by maximum likelihood. In that context we discuss some relevant modelling issues and the implications of the results for policy.

Abstract
The paper proposes a methodology, based on the principal strata approach to causal inference, for assessing the relative effectiveness of two degree programmes with respect to the employment status of their graduates. The analysis relies on a parametric model fitted by maximum likelihood. In that context we discuss some relevant modelling issues and the implications of the results for policy.File in questo prodotto:
