The management of European projects implies some duties both towards the European Commission (such as project reporting, financial and administrative management, administrative tasks) as well as towards all involved partners (scientific co ordination of the activities, establishment of cooperation agreements, acquirement of the equipment procedure, dissemination of project results). This paper has the aim to report some of the coordination and management activities carried out in the frame of the TEMPUS Project “DEREC Development of Environmental and Resources Engineering Curriculum” by the Grantholder Institution, the University of Florence, School of Engineering.
