A procedure was established and optimized for extracting proteins from refined seed oils of varipus origins with the aim of separating them by SDS-PAGE and highlight their pattern by staining and immuno staining with sera of allergic patients, in order to detect traces of possible residual allergens in refined oils.

Abstract
