Present work is mainly focused on evaluation of feasibility and economic sustainability of an integrated continuous soybean process complex, having a capacity of 3.000 tons/24 hours, for production of high quality oil for use as food, bio-lubricants, biodiesel and energy. The work’s aim is to estimate all input/output data based on energy and material balanced calculation at each stage of the process to conduct a preliminary Life Cycle Assessment. Other topic is to consider soybeans waste as source of high added value bio-product to produce new bioactive products, to be implemented in phytoterapy, cosmetic and agro-food industries (isoflavon production).

Abstract
Present work is mainly focused on evaluation of feasibility and economic sustainability of an integrated continuous soybean process complex, having a capacity of 3.000 tons/24 hours, for production of high quality oil for use as food, bio-lubricants, biodiesel and energy. The work’s aim is to estimate all input/output data based on energy and material balanced calculation at each stage of the process to conduct a preliminary Life Cycle Assessment. Other topic is to consider soybeans waste as source of high added value bio-product to produce new bioactive products, to be implemented in phytoterapy, cosmetic and agro-food industries (isoflavon production).I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
