The method is focused on the risk assessment step that identifies and evaluates the risks associated with the release and cultivation of GMPs. The proposed method is based on procedures described by de Jesus et al. (2006), following the guidelines described by EFSA (2010). The risk assessment methodology is performed in two steps: (1) complete a preformatted worksheet to compile the evidence of risks, and (2) plot the outcome on the Matrix of Assessment.
