Asset Information Model (AIM) per il patrimonio edilizio esistente: dall'acquisizione del dato geometrico alla gestione dell'informazione

BIM has also become within the existing building heritage a methodology able to create digital models to manage information on the building over time and to support all the decision-making phases of the life cycle. Starting from an analysis of the information requirements proposed in national and international protocols for the development of asset information model (AIM), the contribution intends to illustrate, through case studies, some implementation procedures planned not only on the basis of typological characteristics and geometrical aspects of the building, but also in relation to the different information use purposes and the organizational information requirements.
