Solidarietà e ricerca scientifica. Tra vecchie e nuove questioni

The proposed reflection will attempt to address the solidarity-scientific research binomial from a dual perspective. On the one hand, the difficulties that the duty of solidarity encounters in directing national and supranational policies of economic support for scientific research will be highlighted; on the other hand, solidarity will be looked at as a factor capable of directing the sharing of the results of research itself. Simplifying one could say that the topic will be tackled in terms of inputs and outputs, i.e. verifying which inputs research activity responds to and how much the outputs are, or tend to be, supportive.
