Evaluating inclusive competences of theachers concerns the cultural and methodological practices that underpin an inclusive and quality school environment. In this paper is illustrated the validation process of the Inclusive Rating Scale for Self-Assessment (IRSSA) as the result of the interdependence of specific domains of the Inclusive Teacher Profile. A population of 398 pre-service teachers was examined for the Exploratory Factor Analysis, suggesting a structure consisting of 18 items (35.5.% rate of variance), fit indices considered statistically adequate (RMSEA = 0.0515; TLI = 0.930) and adequate Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α = 0.907). Comparison of the mean scores obtained with other instruments enabled the verification of predictive and concurrent validation, as well as a strong correlation between effectiveness in teaching practices (r = 0.620), collaboration (r = 0.544), behaviour management (r = 0.534) and teachers' inclusive competence.

Abstract
Comparison of the mean scores obtained with other instruments enabled the verification of predictive and concurrent validation, as well as a strong correlation between effectiveness in teaching practices (r = 0.620), collaboration (r = 0.544), behaviour management (r = 0.534) and teachers' inclusive competence.I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
