La legislazione forestale: dalle fonti internazionali al D.lgs. n. 34/2018

L'entrata in vigore del Testo Unico in materia di foreste e filiere forestali ha segnato un momento importante nella legislazione forestale. L'intera sua architettura è costruita intorno al rapporto tra multifunzionalità del patrimonio forestale e gestione forestale sostenibile. Il contributo esamina il rapporto tra questi due concetti, rilevando come esso debba essere ricostruito muovendo dalle fonti internazionali. Entering in force the Consolidated Law on Forests and Forest Supply Chains marked an important milestone in forestry legislation. Its entire architecture is built around the relationship between forest multifunctionality and sustainable forest management. The paper examines the relationship between these two concepts, pointing out how they must be reconstructed moving from international legal sources.
