Le imprese forestali e la selvicoltura

Tra le varie novità che caratterizzano il Testo Unico in materia di foreste e filiere forestali, va segnalata anche l'introduzione della definizione di impresa forestale. Lo scopo dello scritto è specificare tale nozione e, nell'ambito di questa, chiarire il suo rapporto con la selvicoltura, al fine di verificare se realmente il TUFF offra nuovi strumenti per consentire a quest'ultima di superare una situazione di isolamento, anche attraverso la costruzione di nuovi rapporti e relazioni con le altre imprese che operano nel bosco. Among the various new features of the Consolidated Law on Forests and Forest Supply Chains (TUFF), a definition of forestry company should be noted. The purpose of the paper is to specify this notion and, within this, to clarify its relationship with silviculture, to verify whether the TUFF offers new tools to help the latter overcome its isolation, through constructing new relationships with other enterprises operating in the forest.
