Abstract
Minor Polar Compounds of 55 extra virgin olive oils were analysed by HPLC/DAD/MS and by Folin Ciocalteau, a spettrophotometric method useful as quantify total polyphenols as gallic acid quivalents. The aim of this work was to evaluate the correlation between FC and HPLC data. The best correlation coefficient was archived for oleuroepein aglycone (0,91); a good correlation was obtained for deacetoxy-oleuropein aglycone (0,84) and compounds with an ortodiphenolic group (0,89).File | Dimensione | Formato | |
